This will be a community event to raise money for the Needville ISD Band Program.

There will be food, drinks and lots of fun for the whole family.

Open to all cars and trucks

Pre-Registration and Student Division:

$25.00 Cash or Check or $26.25 Online 
Additional fee of $10 per class to be entered in more than one class. Entry Fee applies to only 1 class for judging.

Entry Fee Day of Event:

$30.00 cash or check

Vendor/Craft Show

Each Vendor spot is 10′ X 10′

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables and extension cords, if using electricity. Setup is 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. The Craft show is advertised to the public as 9:00 a.m.to 3 p.m. OUTSIDE booths have no electricity so it is recommended you bring a Popup or EZ-up with weights to hold it down along with your own tables, chairs or other setup items

Entry Fees for Booth:

$50 with Electricity ($51.75 if registering online)

$35 without Electricity ($36.50 if registering online)

Brand name franchises are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  If this applies to your booth, you may want to send us an email before registering. 

Entry Fees for Food Truck:

$50.00 ($51.75 if registering online)
